Dalmain Athletic Girls Football Club and 3 other school teams recently came to Macaroni Wood for a weekend of intensive footballing fun!
The girls competed in 3 tournaments, and were great ambassadors for their Club, well behaved, polite and played some outstanding football.
The DAGFC girls reached the Final of the main tournament losing only 0-1 to their friends from Holbeach school!
Congratulations to Alana who came runner up in the Penalty Competition and Runner up in the 3v3 in addition to Ciara for being part of the 3v3 winning team along with Jade.
Our thanks to coaches and volunteers from DAGFC, Richard and staff at Mac Woods for helping make the weekend so fantastic, to Paul Harper for the driving, Stacey for her help and to Sam Dias at LBL for helping us to help fund the project. A wonderful weekend had by all involved.
