A big thanks to everyone who came and helped make the Macaroni Wood fete this year the most fun and successful yet! Thankfully the weather gods were looking over us and despite torrential rain on the Friday night we managed to avoid any on the Saturday and even had some sunshine for a while.
We raised well over £3000 from stalls and games including White Elephant, Tombola, the plant stall, nail painting, beat the goalie, skittles and had people visit from all over the country.
Kirsty and Tom Bostock won the star raffle prize which was a Giant Hybrid mountain bike.
A special thanks to Lizzy Skinner, James Eastham, Keith White, Wes Parsons, Bob Wade, Chris and Anne Trinder and all the teams that ran stalls on the day and all the generous donations we received for the raffle prizes.
